German tuner Mansory has turned its attention to Lamborghini's plug-in hybrid Urus SE, and the result is what the company calls its "softkit" — a comparatively restrained package by Mansory's usual standards, though still far from subtle. The build pairs a new front splitter and canards with aggressive side skirts, carbon C-pillar accents, and a rear wing that wouldn't look out of place on a JDM special.
The visual changes are matched by serious mechanical work. The Urus SE's hybridized 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 normally produces 789 hp and 701 lb-ft of torque. Mansory's undisclosed ECU and hardware revisions push that to 1,085 hp and 922 lb-ft, a gain of nearly 300 hp. The car also rides on new 24-inch forged wheels available in seven finishes.
What makes this build notable is how it illustrates where high-end SUV tuning is heading: hybrid powertrains are no longer off-limits for tuners chasing four-figure horsepower, and aero kits are being engineered to work with, not against, an SUV's proportions. It's a preview of the kind of upgrades increasingly requested on other hybrid performance platforms.
For HPP's customers, the build is a reminder that hybrid-era performance cars — including BMW, Mercedes-AMG, and Porsche models with electrified powertrains — are now realistic candidates for serious aero and ECU upgrades, not just combustion-only models.
